Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver fresh milk and related products to selected locations in Mysuru and surrounding areas.
At sign-up, please enter your pincode to confirm if delivery is available in your area.
2. Delivery Timings
- Milk is delivered every morning between 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM.
- We aim to deliver within 1-2 hours of milking to ensure freshness.
- In case of delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via WhatsApp/SMS/E-mail.
3. Delivery Frequency
- Subscriptions are fulfilled daily, except on paused dates chosen by the customer.
- Customers may manage pause/resume dates through their dashboard.
4. Delivery Charges
- Standard delivery is free of cost for subscription customers.
5. Packaging
- Milk is delivered in sealed glass bottles / food-grade to maintain hygiene and freshness.
- Please rinse and return reusable bottles (if applicable) to the delivery staff during the next delivery.
6. Missed Deliveries
- If our delivery team is unable to deliver due to customer unavailability (gate closed, no response, etc.), the delivery will still be considered completed.
- Customers may reschedule only if notified before 9:00 PM on the previous day.
7. Changes to Address or Delivery Instructions
- Customers must update their delivery address, contact details, or instructions at least 24 hours in advance.
- We cannot guarantee rerouting on the same day of delivery.
